Specially designed for shaded areas or areas that lack morning, or consistent sunlight. 40% Maxima Creeping Red Fescue, 30% Coated Windward Chewings Fescue, 20% Coated Certified Perennial Ryegrass, and 10% Coated Appalachian Kentucky Bluegrass, 5 lbs application per 1000 square feet. Mixture performs well in shade as well as sun.
